If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Refunds for services are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of service completion to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to address any issues.
If you have purchased physical products through our services, returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided items are in their original condition and packaging. Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
